Meat Week Presents: Modern Beefsteak & Spirits Benefit For The Rockaways on Thursday, November 8
Sorry you missed this offer...
In response to the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, Meat Week NYC is shifting gears to raise funds for businesses that were severely impacted by the storm. 100% of proceeds from Meat Week's Modern Beefsteak and Spirits event will now benefit hurricane relief efforts in the Rockaways. Meat Week is coming back to New York City; the creators of Brisket King of NYC are going above and beyond the classic New York beefsteak and offering an all-you-can-eat-and-drink beef, spirits and craft beer tasting event on Thursday, November 8. Chefs will create their favorite dishes with meat sourced from grass-fed cows on small co-op farms in upstate New York, like beef tartare, carpaccio, rare roast beef on white bread, beef shabu-shabu, beefsteak skewers, meatballs and pickled beef tongue. Don't forget about the all-you-can-drink craft beer and samplings of artisanal spirits served three ways: neat, on the rocks or in a signature cocktail. Tickets to this event are being sold exclusively through Time Out Offers, so don't miss out.
