Class schedule and descriptions:Pilates Sculpt: Mon and Fri 7:30 to 8:30am: Mixture of classic Pilates mat exercises with additional strengthening and toning work for upper and lower body using body-weight exercises and resistance bands.
Pilates Mat Class: Mon and Fri, 8:45 to 9:40am, Tue and Thu, 5 to 6pm: All levels, mixing classic and some advanced exercises, with modifications for less advanced students. May occasionally add option of incorporating resistance bands with the Pilates exercises.
